At Everton Football Club and Goodison Park we have a passion for bringing teams together. We have an impressive collection of 10 meeting rooms that offer fully flexible seating arrangements for up to 250 delegates. As well as our conference suites, we have 13 executive boxes for up to 10 delegates, all of which overlook the world-famous Goodison pitch and are ideal for a small team meeting or private dinner.

Talented chefs that work round clock at Everton will create a mouth-watering choice of menus for meeting attendees and delegates, and service of these menus will be worked into your agenda and your meeting room hire across the day. All manner of meeting and conference events are catered for at Everton and you can be confident any meeting room hire, conference event or corporate hosting – large or small – will receive the same attention awarded to the many hospitality guests catered for at Premiership matches.

MEETING ROOM CAPACITIES AT EVERTON FOOTBALL CLUB

There are nine options for space hire at Everton football club, with eight of these offering boardroom type options for small meetings (this includes the hire of executive boxes of which there are 13 in total).

For boardroom style meeting rooms the most popular options are:

 

Joe Mercer Suite

Located on the second floor of the Main Stand, this is a meeting space offering flexibility for different meeting options or networking events.

For a boardroom option the room holds up to 30 people, has natural daylight, several plasma screens, handheld microphone/PA system and can be used for more guests (up 200) if hold stand-up reception type meeting or conference events.

Alex Young Lounge

One of the most popular meeting spaces, located on the first floor of the main stand, the Alex Young Lounge holds up to 50 in a boardroom setting, has an OHP, plasma screens and PA system included.

The room can hold up to 300 for a theatre setting (such as launches or AGMs) and 280 for stand-up receptions.

The 1878 Lounge

Located in the ground floor of the main stand, The 1878 Lounge is a meeting room in Everton for up to 24 attendees, with a separate room attached – this secondary room is ideal as a breakout space throughout the day. Again, comes with several TV screens and PA system as standard.

Recently refurbished, the lounge is a popular choice for businesses looking for more modern or contemporary style décor.
