Inter-linked with the Lounge the Reading Room is a beautiful yet formal meeting space on the 1st floor benefitting from a balcony over looking both Angel Hill and the entrance to the Abbey Gardens.  Hire of this bright and airy space includes all standard AV equipment (screen, projector, wireless internet access, flipcharts and delegate stationery) within both room hire and delegate rate charges.

Lounge

The Lounge (inter-linked with the Reading Room) is situated on the 1st floor. Hire of this bright and airy space includes all standard AV equipment (screen, projector, wireless internet access, flipcharts and delegate stationery) within both room hire and delegate rate charges and contains its own bar.

Ballroom

Rooms

Located on the ground floor – this large, flexible space lends itself to almost any meeting configuration. Low-level staging is available for hire and all standard AV equipment (screen, projector, wireless internet access, flipcharts and delegate stationery) are included within the room hire or delegate rate charges. There is also a full sound system available and technical support is available upon request.

Old Library & Billiards Room

Rooms

The Old Library and Billiards Room are located on the ground floor opposite each other are flooded with natural daylight and can be hired individually or on a joint basis (not available on Saturdays throughout the year). 24 Hire of these rooms include all standard AV equipment (screen, projector, wireless internet access, flipcharts and delegate stationery) within both room hire and delegate rate charges.

The Old Billiards Room is also used by the Registration Office to conduct all wedding ceremonies.
