With staycations being a big part of summer 2020 we have teamed up with our friends at London Essence to give you some ideas for some great summer cocktails that can easily be created at home to enjoy in your garden with a bbq our out with friends and family on a picnic. With or without alcohol there is something for all.....
Summer Spritz
- 25ml Aperol
- 25ml Vodka
- Top up with London Essence White Peach and Jasmine crafted soda
- Serve in a balloon glass filled with block ice and garnish with lemon zest
Zero Proof Mimosa (non-alcoholic)
- ½ part Fresh Orange Juice
- ½ part London Essence Rhubarb and Cardomom crafted soda
- Serve in a chilled flute and garnish with lemon zest
Dark ‘n’ Stormy
- 35ml Dark Rum
- 15ml Fresh Lime
- Dash of Bitters
- Top up with London Essence Spiced Ginger Beer
- Serve in a high ball glass of block ice and garnish with lemon zest
