Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to England, Scotland and Wales (excl. Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
     
  2. To enter this competition, participants must provide their email address to the relevant Promoter employee at the conference that they attend. Please see our Privacy Policy, linked below, to see how your data will be used, stored and protected.

 

  1. Multiple entries are not allowed by a participant. One entry per participant is allowed only.

 

  1. The opening date for entries is 26th February 2025. The closing date of the competition is midnight 28th February 2025. The draw will take place at midnight on 28th February 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw. 

 

  1. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when submitting your entry, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete entries, and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not completed for any reason.
     
  2. There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 11:59pm on 28th February 2025 who will have fulfilled the criteria in 3) above.

 

  1. The winner will receive a cash value voucher of Love to Shop voucher to the value £500 to be used for by 28th February 2026.

 

  1. The winner will be notified via email on or before 3rd March 2025. If for any reason, the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days of receiving the message, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

 

  1. If you are the winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by the Promoter as to how you claim your prize.

 

  1. No purchase is necessary. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the Internet.

 

  1. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

  1. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
     
  2. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

  1. By taking part in this competition, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purpose of this competition.

 

  1. Any personal data relating to the participants will be used solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s prior consent.   1. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the requester the name and/or surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails Venues&Events.Prestige.UK@sodexo.comor writes to, Sodexo Live UK Limited of One Southampton Row, London WC1B 5HA (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your name and/or surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter emails Venues&Events.Prestige.UK@sodexo.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

 

  1. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

 

  1. By entering this competition you agree to take part in publicity regarding the competition.

 

  1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
     
  2. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
